Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CASA Sales Officer at our Indore location. The CASA Sales Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer service, lead generation, and sales operations. They will also be focused on channel sales and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Experience in Channel Sales
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
