Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment and Engagement
- Engage with prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about the school’s programs, culture, and values.- Conduct on-campus and virtual tours, effectively showcasing the school’s facilities and academic offerings.- Organize and participate in open houses, school fairs, and other recruitment events.
Admissions Process Management
- Guide families through the application process, including collecting and reviewing necessary documentation, scheduling interviews, and answering queries.- Manage admissions inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and thorough responses.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the admissions database.
Communication and Follow-Up
- Develop strong relationships with prospective families, providing personalized attention to address their needs and concerns.- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments as part of the selection process.- Communicate admissions decisions to families and offer assistance in understanding next steps.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with other departments, including the academic, finance, and administration teams, to ensure a smooth enrollment process.- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and provide input on marketing materials based on feedback from prospective families.
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Track and analyze admission trends and data, preparing reports to help evaluate the effectiveness of the admissions process and outreach strategies.- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall admissions experience.
School Branding and Promotion
- Represent the school in a positive manner, ensuring that prospective families receive a consistent and engaging message aligned with the school’s mission.- Stay informed about industry trends in admissions to improve recruitment strategies and provide valuable insights.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, counseling, or a related field, preferably in a K12 setting.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.- Organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for admissions events.
