We are looking for

Quality Control - Analyst (Digital QA)

Location: Chennai

We have an exciting role of Digital QA Analyst to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

•Manage the entire operational delivery of brand quality on creative deliverables on digital deliverables like Banner ads, Motion videos and PowerPoint/ Keynote presentations etc

•Making sure each branded guideline is followed in various creative deliverables

•Ensuring all the aspects of the creative briefing, creative delivery, raising queries with follow-ups, creative specifications approved creative, versioning, and visual mock-ups as per the requirements.

•Guiding the team with client inputs and updates turn around time as per SLA

•Preparing Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports for the team quality performance in both Internal and external error reports through manual tracking, QMS and preparing project overview reports.

You will be working closely with

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented and designers to deliver high-quality services.

This may be the right role for you if you have,

•4-5 years' experience in a Creative QA role in Digital deliverables

•Bachelor’s degree

•Candidates with a strong background in the creative industry working with creative/design studios/ Ad Agencies/ production houses

•Supervising the team, ensuring deadlines are met and completing tasks as per brand guidelines and industry standards

•Should be experienced in following the QA process for various creative asset types

•Experience in managing teams that handle high-volume requests

•Good verbal and written communication

•Streamlining production process in accordance with the quality framework and updating workflow as and when needed

•Collaborate with agency stakeholders and capability team leads to ensure tasks completion within production schedules and all the issues are addressed & resolved

•Handling high volumes of digital creative deliverables

•Experienced in project management tool (Jira/ Hive)

•Ensuring timely completion of project understanding process requirements and providing use cases for the business, functional & technical requirements
