Bachelors in Science / Pharmacy / Food Tech
Proficiency and fluency in English (read/write/speak).
Business understanding - primary, secondary, top line, bottom line, product incentives, DCR, portal access, KOL, Dr List, Stock statements, productivity, expiry.
Presentation and negotiation skills, influencing skills.
Job Description:
Should have experience as an Area Sales Manager.
Should be able to handle team of 4-5 ppl.
Responsible for generating new business & expansion of the customer base.
Responsible to achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned Headquarter
Selling the company's product to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications
To ensure timely execution of marketing inputs and strategies.
Meeting Stockists/Chemist and make the products available.
To ensure timely updation of doctor and KOL list.
To ensure timely liquidation of products to avoid the expiry in the Headquarter.
Be prompt in handling queries, complaints and take relevant actions to keep the momentum going and achieve final objective.
