- Month on month target achievement
- Delivery on non-volume agendas
- Manpower management and up gradation (Recruitment & Development)
- Target planning & offloading
- Distributor health & infrastructure management
- Implementation of systems and policies (L&D, Commercial, IT)
- Reporting & Tracking
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Age 25 to 30 years
- 2-5 years of experience in General Trade channel sales with a reputed FMCG company
- Driving business of at-least 50 lacs per month
