Key Responsibilities

Hiring and building the Sales team from the scratch for Delhi  Team Handling & Sales Training Driving Customer Onboarding, and retention with a strong Revenue Focus  Responsible for driving business development efforts in the cluster, Represent the company in offerings the market and build industry network  Visit clients/potential clients to evaluate needs and/or promote platform and allied services Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs. Generate Market Intelligence which would be of use to modify existing

Should have demonstrated abilities to nurture relationships and generate revenue. Ability to handle and motivate a team Communicate persuasively in English & Hindi / Local language
