Vedanta Aluminium operates a world-class 1.8 MTPA aluminium smelter and 3,615 MW thermal power generation facility in Jharsuguda, Odisha. To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals in the position of Lead CBM, Vedanta Jharsuguda.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for increasing asset reliability by ensuring reliable equipment availability by accurate & periodic functioning of all CBM equipments & software
  • Basic analysis of vibration, thermography and oil reading and providing improvement recommendations
  • Ensuring PM, CM, CBM compliance
  • Conducting RCA for the failures & avoiding its repetition


Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes


  • BE/ B Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance
  • Knowledge of condition-based equipment health monitoring system
  • Having Level 2 Vibration Analyst Certificate is preferred
  • Ability to prioritise, plan & align resources and work effectively with people to deliver high quality results consistent with overall organization objective
