To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals in the position of Turbine Expert- Power Plant, Jharsuguda.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deep knowledge on CBM practices like (vibration analysis, Oil analysis, Heat loss mapping). & proactive approach to attend the problem accordingly
5 yrs. planning for AOH & COH with proper spares, resources & other supporting activity
Knowledge upon the Turbine system, Turbine Governing system, Pumps , condenser, cooling tower & DM plant maintenance
Ensure that all the equipment’s mechanical defects covered as per operation requirement with proper daily planning, shutdown & Overhauling. Ensure that Maximum Equipment availability with design through put at all the time
Ensure the proactive approach all CBM practices like (vibration analysis, Oil analysis, Heat loss mapping)
Implementation of Best Practices to reduce the repetitive job & optimum output of the machine
Ensure Implementation Best practice to enhance the Reliability of the turbine
Driving improvement initiatives and ensuring positive results. Ensure drive the SGA/Kaizen/QC
Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes:
B.E./ B.Tech(Mechanical)
10 yrs. Hands on experience Turbine & its Auxiliaries system, BOP
Eligibility Criteria:
60% & above throughout Education
Maximum 1 year of gap between studies (Either 12th & Graduation or Graduation & Post-Graduation)
No gap in 10th & 12th allowed
Open for Jharsuguda Location
