To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals in the position of CBM & Hydraulics Expert- Power Plant, Jharsuguda.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Competency mapping, identifying the Training & developmental needs and ensuring development of a pool of competent and motivated CBM and Hydraulics team.
  • Empowering the team members, communicate, job rotation, development of successors and implementation of HR initiatives to create an engaged team & unleash their latent and demonstrable
  • Ensuring reliable equipment availability by accurate and periodic functioning, calibration of all CBM equipment and software's
  • Implementation of business excellence models like 5S/TPM/TQM/Six Sigma and Management system such as ISO/OHSAS
  • HAZOP study, training & implementation of the same for new systems or equipment during plant overhauls or otherwise
  • Preparations of SMPs, training & development, implementation and review


Education Qualification | Work-Ex | Desired Attributes:


  • B.E – Mechanical/ Industrial/ Power Engineering
  • 10 years in similar plants with the skill sets/exposure


Eligibility Criteria:


  • 60% & above throughout Education
  • Maximum 1 year of gap between studies (Either 12th & Graduation or Graduation & Post-Graduation)
  • No gap in 10th & 12th allowed
  • Open for Jharsuguda Location
