Position We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive / Manager to join our dynamic team at Asian Heart Hospital. As an Inside Sales Executive / Manager, you will play a crucial role in the conversion of sales leads, nurturing relationships with health-seeking opinion leaders, and promoting hospital services through effective inside sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads generated from various online and digital sources including email campaigns, and inbound inquiries. Should be sensitive and compassionate as most of the callers would be heart patients. Should be well-versed in the inside sales conversion process. Should be organized and systematic to handle a bulk load of queries. Should be aware of tools like Inside sales CRM, and business whats app. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential patients to understand their needs and promote hospital services effectively. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and targeted outreach efforts. Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track interactions with prospects, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Qualifications Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical services industry. Strong sales aptitude with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
