NRI Relationship Manager at the Bank, your primary responsibility is to manage and grow the bank's relationships with Non-Resident Indian clients. You will be the main point of contact for these clients, providing them with personalized banking services and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients.
  • Understand clients' financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Cross-sell a range of banking and investment products to NRI clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development.
  1. Portfolio Management:
  • Manage NRI client portfolios effectively.
  • Monitor investment performance and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to NRI client portfolios.
  • Stay updated on market trends and economic developments affecting NRI clients.
  • Implement risk management strategies.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient banking experience for NRI clients.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for NRI clients.
  • Adhere to all internal policies and procedures.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Investment Advisors, Wealth Managers, and Product Specialists.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet client needs effectively.
