Job Description

1) Business Development- Lead efforts to identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the social impact space
2) Client Management- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and overseeing the delivery of high-quality consulting services
3) Thought Leadership- Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and thought leadership within your area of expertise
4) Team Leadership- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and excellence
5) Project Management- Drive project teams to achieve optimal outcomes and deliver tangible value to clients
6) Strategic Planning- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at growing the firm's business, expanding its market presence and enhancing its competitive positioning
7) Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas and geographies to leverage expertise, share best practices and deliver integrated solutions to clients
8) Business Operations: Participate in firm-wide initiatives related to business planning, resource allocation and performance management

9) Brand Building: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and forums. Enhance the firm's reputation and visibility through active participation in professional networks and communities
