The Retail OperationsManager is responsible for managing the daily operations of aretail business including managing employees ensuring customersatisfaction and maximizing sales andprofits.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manageand supervise retail employees including hiring training schedulingand performancemanagement.
  • Ensurethat the store is clean organized and wellmaintained includingdisplays andinventory.
  • Monitorand analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisionsabout ordering andmerchandising.
  • Collaboratewith the marketing team to plan and implement promotions andmarketing campaigns to drivesales.
  • Ensurecustomer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints andproviding excellent customerservice.
  • Createand manage budgets for the store and ensure that sales and expensesare withinbudget.
  • Ensurecompliance with all company policies and procedures includingsafety regulations and customer servicestandards.
  • Conductregular meetings with employees to communicate business objectivesprovide feedback and motivate the team to achievegoals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in business retail management or a related fieldpreferred.
  • 3years of experience in retail management with a proven track recordof achieving sales targets and managingemployees.
  • Strongleadership and management skills with the ability to motivate andinspireemployees.
  • Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and makeinformeddecisions.
  • Familiaritywith retail software and inventory managementsystems.
Availabilityto work flexible hours including weekends andholidays
