The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of a retail business, including managing employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales and profits.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise retail employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including displays and inventory.
Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions about ordering and merchandising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and providing excellent customer service.
Create and manage budgets for the store and ensure that sales and expenses are within budget.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing employees.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
