Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager - Public Safety at Dawell Lifescience in Pune. The role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales initiatives within the public safety sector.

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach to generate high-quality leads.
  • Prospect Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their potential, needs, and readiness to purchase.
  • Sales Presentations: Present products and services to prospects via phone, email, or virtual meetings, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by providing timely follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and offering ongoing support.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage a pipeline of prospects and track activities and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through effective lead generation and closing of deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies, share feedback, and collaborate on campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively present and sell solutions.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that add value.
  • CRM Software: Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (e.g., Bitrix,Deskera).
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative environment while also being self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various sales and marketing technologies and digital communication tools (email, video conferencing, social media).
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
