Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Travel to client sites is a requirement.- Develop deep, consultative relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new clients to expand the business portfolio.- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is deployed for client projects.- Stay up to date with industry trends, client needs, and competitors to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of sales and account management experience in IT Staffing/SOW /RPO/Talent Services space.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.- Solid understanding of IT solutions services, staffing solutions, and consulting industry trends
