Job Purpose

Efficiently and economically manage other service provider service delivery. Accountable Liaising with Circle Technology, NOC and other service providers to DFT and VBSPO and Shared service so that the teams adhere to their respective TAT

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Executes delivery of circuits from Other Service Providers (OSP) for driving VIBS Service Delivery. Ensure governance of process adherence, effective project management of OSP deliveries while ensuring adherence to the Vodafone values. Co-ordinate end to end Service delivery of off-net deliveries with circles, partners to meet the customer expectation. Drive quality; audit initiatives and raise the benchmark continuously to improve customer experience. Evolve SLA and KPI driven operations across OSP’s to provide best in class customer experience for Business team on Service Delivery Domain. Engage with MS partners, partners and SD teams to drive VIBS vision objective.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

8- 10 years’ experience in the field of project management, Data Communications, Telecom and networking. Demonstrable experience of working in a Telecom Service delivery function Experience with Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services Project Management skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Educational Qualifications.

BTech/ Diploma in Electronics & Communication with 7-10 years of experience. Commercially astute. Ability to structure and prioritize workloads around customer and business requirements. Ability to manage dynamic, high- growth, high- uncertainty environments.
