RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration or related field
  • Provenexperience in service deliverymanagement
  • Demonstrated leadership and teammanagement skills
  • Strong understanding ofproject management principles
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities
  • Ability to analyze data and produceactionable insights
  • Customerfocused mindset andstrong problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency inrelevant software and tools
  • Knowledge ofindustry regulations and standards
  • Ability towork effectively in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Certification in ServiceManagement (e.g. ITIL) is a plus
