Criteria :

Strong Project Head / Head of Delivery / Head of Launch Profile

Mandatory ( Experience 1) : Must have 10+ YOE as a Project Manager for IT / Technical Projects (ERP, CRM, Other Technologies)

Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have 4+ YOE in the implementation of CRM Systems

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have past experience in Consulting for large Indian Companies (like Adani, JSW etc), managing complex projects.

Mandatory (Company) : Good Product Company

Mandatory (Education) : BE / BTech OR MBA Fromt Tier 1 College only

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive launch strategies, incorporating in-depth research and data analysis, tailored for each module and industry.

- Monitor key performance metrics and generate actionable insights to enhance the efficiency and success of market launches.

- Collaborate with clients on various products and modules, providing expert advice and best practices.

- Provides technical leadership in directing the efforts of cross-functional project teams in the development and production release of all relevant project deliverables in compliance with the product development process and customer expectations.

- Ensure that programme management strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market

- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities. Contribute to overall business strategy.

- Take ownership of the programme, guidelines and any associated documents Initiate and develop creative and innovative programme management processes. Determine, set and deliver goals and objectives for the department within the Business Planning Process in line with the company's strategic aims and objectives.

Ideal Candidate :

- 12-14 years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to working with Indian clients.

- MBA degree with extensive experience in client implementation of CRM systems.

- Proven track record of successful project execution and leadership.

- Consulting background, particularly with large companies, managing complex projects.

- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems for business teams.

- Proficiency in advanced Excel and presentation tools.

- Ability to take initiative and adapt in a constantly changing work environment.

- Start-up mentality with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
