Role description:

The Vice President - Content Operations role owns the delivery of LearningMate's Content services to all its customers. The Vice President - Content Operations plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy service provider - customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the client and our content delivery teams. This role also owns the financials of the content projects like revenue recognition and contribution. Delivering the content projects on time, to budget with quality is the mantra for this Responsible for reviewing new custom content projects to plan and coordinate delivery activities

- Responsible for building positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.

- Managing any scope change and convert this to revenue from the customer.

- Manage custom content delivery team, providing solutions and ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

- Ensuring that the necessary technology infrastructure is in place to support the delivery of learning content globally. This includes managing learning management systems (LMS), content delivery networks (CDN), video conferencing tools, and other relevant technologies.

- Responsible to make critical business decisions in consultation with India Delivery Head and work closely in collaboration with the cross functional teams to meet customer expectations.

- Monitoring the performance of content delivery systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency and to meet or exceed SLAs and other contractual obligations

- Driving operational accountability, continuous process improvement and remain customer focused.

- Partnering with Key Account Management and Product teams to identify and drive new business opportunities in the education world.

- Responsible for acting as the primary escalation point for daily operational issues

- Guiding and managing complex projects which have content and technology pieces of content and of our products.

- Responsible for driving technical innovation, best practices, and overall delivery Accountable for all project deliveries of Custom Content Services

- For understanding customer concerns and solving the same

- Building efficiencies in custom content delivery organization

- Internal customers: Strategic Business Unit Heads, KAM, Sales, and Marketing
