Role description:

The Vice President - Content Operations oversees the provision of LearningMate's Content services to its clientele.

The Vice President - Content Operations holds a pivotal position in nurturing enduring, fruitful relationships between service providers and customers, acting as a connectivity link between the client and our content delivery squads.

This responsibility extends to overseeing the financial aspects of content projects such as revenue acknowledgment and input. Ensuring the prompt, budget-compliant, high-quality delivery of content projects is the essence of this role, responsible for evaluating new customized content projects to organize and synchronize delivery activities.

  • Managing positive and fruitful relationships with customers to foster business expansion.
  • Handling any modifications in scope and translating them into revenue from the client.
  • Supervising the custom content delivery team, offering resolutions and guaranteeing punctual and precise customer deliveries.
  • Guaranteeing the requisite technological infrastructure is established to support global learning content delivery. This encompasses managing learning management systems (LMS), content delivery networks (CDN), video conferencing tools, and other pertinent technologies.
  • Making crucial business decisions in collaboration with the India Delivery Head and cooperating closely with cross-functional teams to satisfy customer demands.
  • Monitoring content delivery systems and procedures performance to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, optimize efficiency, and meet or outperform SLAs and other contractual commitments.
  • Advocating operational responsibility, incessant process enhancement, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Teaming up with Key Account Management and Product teams to recognize and propel new business prospects in the educational domain.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for daily operational predicaments
  • Guiding and steering intricate projects that encompass content and technological elements of our products.
  • Spearheading technical innovation, best practices, and overall delivery. Held accountable for all project outcomes of Custom Content Services
  • Addressing customer concerns and offering solutions.
  • Enhancing efficiencies within the custom content delivery setup.
  • Internal clients include: Strategic Business Unit Heads, KAM, Sales, and Marketing.
