Position Overview :

Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable: Role requires a person with good Accounts payable knowledge especially in Invoice Processing and / or Employee Expense processing and / or Payments processing. Require to work in US shift.Role requires a clear understanding of Accounts Payable process, able to generate relevant reports.

Responsibilities:Complete understanding about P2P process.Very versed in SAP , Procurement tools.Collect and analyse data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.

Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, or Finance3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligenceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work with large datasets and analyze complex dataExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyUnderstanding of statistical analysis and modelingKnowledge of database design and data warehousing principlesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Note: Candidates need to flexible to work in Evening shift (3PM to 12AM) and work from our office location (Bangalore)
