Position Overview : Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable: Role requires a person with good Accounts payable knowledge especially in Invoice Processing and / or Employee Expense processing and / or Payments processing. Require to work in US shift.

Role requires a clear understanding of Accounts Payable process, able to generate relevant reports.



Responsibilities:

  • Complete understanding about P2P process.
  • Very versed in SAP , Procurement tools.
  • Collect and analyse data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
  • Knowledge of database design and data warehousing principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment



Note: Candidates need to flexible to work in Evening shift (3PM to 12AM) and work from our office location (Bangalore)
