Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit temporary and blue-collar workers (delivery boys, drivers, maids, mechanics, etc.) for the Gig 4 U platform. Conduct field visits and community drives to identify and onboard potential candidates. Ensure a minimum of 2 successful onboardings per day. Handle candidate documentation and verification during the onboarding process. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong network of field workers and referral sources. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA Freshers may also apply). Experience: 1–3 years in field recruitment, sourcing, or blue-collar hiring (preferred).
