)

to lead our growth initiatives, build long-term client relationships, and guide our business development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to design and execute strategies that create measurable business outcomes.

This role demands a proactive professional who thrives on challenges, inspires their team, and delivers value-driven solutions to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations and close large, complex deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine business strategies.
  • Represent OneClick at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term client retention.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales management within the IT industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in guiding and mentoring sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working with platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
