Key Responsibilities:Responsible to scan the international & Domestic market to identify syndication opportunities for in-house IPsPartner identification, deal negotiation, contract closure and execution.Prepare customized business proposals for new business initiatives.Liaise with content team to identify any new content lined up basis editorial content roadmap and identify partners for new Business opportunityDevelop and maintain relationships with content buyers in international & Domestic markets and manage the day-to-day partnership activities with a focus on existing performance growth, and advocate internally on behalf of partners.Identify gaps in the Syndication ecosystem and take active measures to fill them to increase presence and sales.incumbent is expected to work with various teams (Internal external) to drive business objectives and ensure efficient deliverablesShould be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitudeAttitude towards business development is a mustGood negotiation skillsShould be a team player with ability to work with cross functional teams including Legal, Programmatic, Marketing, Editorial, etc. as well as external agenciesInquisitive and analytical mind; out-of-the-box thinking; bring a creative perspective to business problems applying functional expertise, business understanding and common sense

Technical:Digital content syndication experience in international marketsHave up-to-date knowledge of the digital industry and international & Domestic markets to identify new business, explore opportunities to enhance Net18 content distribution networkExtensive knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, channels of distribution, technology trends and budgetingAbility to interface with partners and to solve key problems through analysis
