We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home position with a significant opportunity for growth and earning potential, as well as clear targets to achieve. Please note that occasional travel (approximately 25% on a case-by-case basis) may be required for client meetings or business development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new avenues for business growth.
Represent the company professionally during required travel for client engagements or strategic meetings.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of proven, exceptional sales experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Comfortable with occasional travel for business purposes.
