Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development & Instant Revenue contribution: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in each area from stage 0, winning instant Biz/POs. Emphasized product segments: IPC, industrial electronics, and embedded systems sectors.Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to shape data-driven sales strategies and provide actionable insights to management.Sales targets: Meeting Quarterly/Annual sales targets through disciplined sales planning, opportunity management and market share increment.Strategic Account Development: Target and engage key decision-makers at OEMs, ODMs, system integrators and industrial distributors to build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.Client Relationship Management: Establish, strengthen, and expand high-value client relationships through consistent follow-up, customized solutions, and strategic account nurturing to convert leads into long-term partnerships.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between India market and HQ to ensure alignment on pricing, supply chain coordination, product roadmap and all sales actions execution.Candidate RequirementsExperience:Minimum 5 years of solid experience in business development, technical sales or strategic account management.Proven track record in Industrial PC (IPC), semiconductors, embedded systems or industrial electronics industries or distribution connections. Great relationship with major telecom related customers is a big plus.Core Competencies:Strong in pressure endurance, client engagement, market information analysis, negotiation and always aim on high-value deals.Identify strategic opportunities and execute growth-oriented plans.Highly self-motivated, ownership and accountability.Communication Skills:Fluent in English — both verbal and written.Presenting complex technical concepts and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of regional Indian languages is a plus.Seamless understanding between Taiwanese/Indian working model and philosophy.Mobility:Able to travel across India for meeting clients, attending events and driving project execution.
