Job Title: Sr. Business Development Manager - GenAI/SaaS


Job Responsibilities:

As an SDR at DataNeuron, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by managing full-cycle sales processes and fostering relationships with key clients. Your responsibilities will include:


Collaborating with Founder/ Product team on Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify key markets, industries, and potential clients for our AI/LLM and NLP SaaS products.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales objectives with overall company goals.


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to decision-makers.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to position DataNeuron as a leader in the AI/LLM and NLP space.


Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI, LLM, and NLP.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of DataNeuron’s product offerings to effectively demonstrate value to potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, webinars, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of our SaaS platform.


Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.


Reporting and Analytics:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the leadership team.


Requirements:

  • SDR Proven track record of success in B2B sales in the AI, LLM, or NLP industry. - MANDATORY.
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM and NLP technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
