Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work.
  • Monitor and manage customer appointments, job cards, and service timelines.
  • Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Supervise technicians and service advisors; provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Monitor productivity, quality of repairs, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure availability of required parts.
  • Ensure proper documentation of service jobs, estimates, and invoices.
  • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service revenue, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores (CSI).
  • Manage warranty claims processing and liaison with OEMs.
  • Maintain workshop equipment and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
