Sales & Customer Service

• Oversee daily retail operations of the furniture showroom.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively.
• Guide customers in selecting furniture based on their needs, budget, and design preferences.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Store Operations Management
• Supervise and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, display arrangements, and overall store presentation.
• Ensure stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Inventory & Vendor Coordination
• Track stock levels and place timely orders for replenishment.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain proper records of stock-in and stock-out.
• Marketing & Promotion
• Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, discounts, and festive offers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for social media promotions and advertising.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Staff Training & Development
• Train sales executives and showroom staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction.
• Motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Reporting & Administration
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and legal requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Store management: 2 years (Preferred)
