Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily retail operations of a furniture showroom.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively.
- Guide customers in selecting furniture based on their needs, budget, and design preferences.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Store Operations Management:
- Supervise and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, display arrangements, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure stock availability and coordinate with warehouse inventory teams.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and point-of-sale transactions.
Inventory and Vendor Coordination:
- Track stock levels and place timely orders for replenishment.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain proper records of stock-in and stock-out.
