1. This role is for Business Consultant. He/She will be responsible for project management therefore it is important for the candidate to have in depth understanding of the WFM tools and project management experience.

2. Should have minimum 5 and maximum 9 years of experience in WFM role where the applicant has worked for all stages of WFM (Forecasting, capacity plan, roster & schedule)

3. Proficiency in MS Office

4. Familiarity with a wide selection of WFM software such as Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX etc. and databases.


Role and Responsibility:

1.Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements

2. Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation

3. Collecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, reading reports etc.)

4. Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
