The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality IT professionals for contractual and C2H mandates across multiple domains and locations. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire and permanent technical positions across various clients. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media. Evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit based on client requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Negotiate C2H terms, rate cards, and joining formalities with candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates during selection, offer, and onboarding stages. Manage and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and database accuracy. Partner with
