We are hiring Senior Executive - Procurement/Purchase

Type: Full-time

Position Overview: As a Senior Executive in Procurement/Purchase at Preethi Wear, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality fabrics, trims and accessories that align with our brand's commitment to comfort and style. Your role will involve vendor management, cost negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support our production and retail /online operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate vendors for fabrics, trims, and packaging materials.
  • Negotiate prices and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to align material procurement with production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the apparel or maternity wear industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of fabric types, trims, and apparel production processes.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
