The Purchase Executive is responsible for assisting with the procurement of goods and services through data management in SAP. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient entry of purchase data, supporting senior procurement staff, and maintaining vendor relationships to meet the company's operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately input and manage purchasing data within the SAP system. Ensure that all information is up-to-date and reflects current pricing and vendor details.
- **Purchase Order Processing**: Assist in creating and issuing purchase orders through SAP. Follow up on order status and communicate any updates or changes to relevant departments.
- **Vendor Communication**: Maintain effective communication with vendors to confirm order details, delivery times, and invoice processing. Resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with senior purchasing staff.
- **Inventory Support**: Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure that purchases align with inventory needs.
- **Document Management**: Maintain comprehensive procurement files, including purchase orders, receipts, vendor invoices, and payment records in SAP.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports detailing purchasing activities, order status, and cost analyses to help senior executives make informed decisions.
- **Support Cost-Reduction Initiatives**: Assist in analyzing current vendor contracts and purchasing patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**: Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP software is preferred.
- Understanding of basic procurement and inventory management practices.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a keen eye for detail.
- MS OFFICE

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based role with standard working hours, although some flexibility may be required during peak business periods.
- Potential to visit vendors or attend trade events as skills and role responsibilities grow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
