Execute and manage the procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and evaluating suppliers/vendors.
- Analyze market trends, costs, and potential growth opportunities for goods and services.
- Assess and review supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain beneficial supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory control activities to avoid shortages and overstock situations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance department to process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Research and identify potential new suppliers, and assess their capabilities and reliability.
- Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in procurement strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- MInimum 3 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software/tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
