Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our procurement team at Aguaclan Water Purifiers Pvt Ltd. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the production and distribution of our water purifiers. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment from vendors and suppliers.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses without compromising quality.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure that all purchased materials and equipment meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Order Processing: Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and potential suppliers.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to procurement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role, preferably within the water purification or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with international procurement and import/export regulations.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Understanding of the water purification industry and its supply chain dynamics.

Pay: ₹9,295.22 - ₹30,140.09 per month
