Location: Kesari, Ambala, HaryanaIndustry: Food Processing PlantPosition: Kitchen Assistant (Full-Time)Key Responsibilities:- Assist the production and kitchen team in daily food preparation activities.- Wash, clean, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other raw materials.- Support in basic cooking tasks such as chopping, mixing, boiling, blending, and assembling ingredients.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and production areas.- Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, tables, and workstations as per SOPs.- Label, store, and organize food items following FIFO (First In, First Out).- Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and organizing stock in the storage area.- Follow food safety standards, personal hygiene protocols, and plant guidelines at all times.- Ensure smooth workflow by completing assigned tasks efficiently and supporting team members during peak hours.- Report any equipment malfunction or hygiene issue to supervisors immediately.Requirements:- Minimum 10th/12th pass.- Basic knowledge of kitchen or food handling work (training will be provided).- Ability to work in a fast-paced food processing environment.- Good hygiene habits and discipline.- Physically fit for lifting and performing repetitive tasks.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in food processing units, QSR kitchens, hotels, or restaurants (not compulsory).- Willing to work in shift timings as per plant requirements.
