Roles and Responsibilities for Commis Chef:
**Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.

**Station Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization at assigned workstations, ensuring all ingredients are readily available.

**Recipe Adherence**: Follow recipes and guidelines provided by the head chef to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.

**Food Presentation**: Assist in plating and presentation of dishes in accordance with established standards.

**Quality Control**: Monitor and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.

**Kitchen Assistance**: Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operation and communication within the kitchen.

**Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and methods as per the kitchen's requirements.

**Safety and Hygiene**: Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements for Commis Chef:
**Culinary Education**: A diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**: Prior experience in a kitchen environment, even as an intern or apprentice, is advantageous.

**Basic Cooking Skills**: Proficient in fundamental cooking techniques and food preparation.

**Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and follow instructions from senior chefs.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Passion for Food**: A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to enhance culinary skills.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

**Hygiene Knowledge**: Understanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,933.36 per month
