**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Commi 2** to assist in food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. You will work closely with senior chefs and play an important role in delivering a consistent and high-quality food experience to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking under supervision (cutting, chopping, marinating, etc.)
- Ensure food items are stored properly and labelled
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Support daily kitchen operations including dishwashing, cleaning, and inventory handling
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Commis or in a similar kitchen role (café or restaurant experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field

Pay: ₹10,219.25 - ₹17,734.00 per month
