JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process and developing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role involves collaborating with department heads, and ensuring alignment between business goals and hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting in apparel / retail / soft furnishing industry, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Design and execute creative talent acquisition plans to attract top candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build efficient and effective hiring processes.
Source and attract top talent: Use a variety of sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach to engage potential candidates.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Employer branding: Promote the companyʼs employer brand and improve its visibility in the job market to attract top talent.
Data analysis and reporting: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate pipeline, etc.) and use insights to improve processes.
Collaborate on talent development and retention: Work closely with HR teams to align recruitment with retention strategies and employee development initiatives.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies: Negotiate contracts and oversee the performance of external recruiting agencies as needed.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduation in HR / IR or Post Graduation in HR preferred but not mandatory
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Expertise in hiring for apparel / retail / soft furnishing industry preferred
