We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager whowill be instrumental in fostering the development and growth of our employees,with a special focus on our India team. This role requires a passion for peopledevelopment and a deep commitment to creating a culture of continuous learningand agility within the organization.As the L&D Manager, you will be at the heart of shaping andexecuting strategies that nurture talent and empower our workforce. Partneringwith senior leadership, the People Team, and regional stakeholders, yourmission will be to curate and deliver innovative learning experiences thatdevelop the skills and capabilities our employees need to excel in their roles.This position is pivotal in ensuring that our talent management practices alignwith organizational goals and values, and that they are effectively implementedthroughout the region.Reporting to the Associate Director, TalentManagement and Development, you will act as a bridge foster alignment and driveinitiatives that support both global and regional needs.
