We are scaling globally and looking for aPerformance Marketing Specialistto accelerate demand generation and customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimizemulti-channel performance marketing campaigns(Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, retargeting, ABM).Drivepaid acquisition, retargeting, and pipeline accelerationfor SaaS deals with long buying cycles.Develop and manageend-to-end funnel tracking(TOFU → MOFU → BOFU → SQL → revenue).Understand and map theTotal Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Market (SAM), and ICPs , aligning campaigns with buyer personas.Build marketing motions across thebuyer’s journey (BOM) including awareness, consideration, and decision stages .Partner with sales onlead scoring, MQL → SQL handoff, and pipeline progression .Run A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and nurture workflows.Useattribution modelsto connect campaign spend to revenue outcomes.Benchmark against competitors to identify white-space opportunities.ManageCAC, LTV, Payback Period, ARR impactmetrics as KPIs.Collaborate with content marketing forthought leadership, case studies, webinars, and eventsthat feed into paid campaigns.Supportpartner/channel marketing campaignsfor ERP ecosystem players (Epicor, Acumatica, Invera, Dynamics, etc.).Technical Requirements3+ years ofperformance marketing experiencein SaaS, B2B, orautomation/AI industries .Strong hands-on expertise inGoogle Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Bing Ads, Meta Ads .Familiar withmarketing automation tools(HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics).Knowledge ofend-to-end SaaS demand generation strategy(from TAM sizing to revenue contribution).Deep understanding ofCAC, LTV, MRR/ARR metrics, funnel velocity, and payback period .Experience inattribution modeling (multi-touch, last-touch, data-driven) .Strong ability to align withsales and GTM strategy , ensuring high-quality MQLs/SQLs.Prior experience in companies likeRossum, Hyperscience, UiPath, Abbyy, WorkFusion , or similar SaaS scale-ups is a strong plus.Strongcopywriting skillsto speak to enterprise buyers (CFO, CTO, IT Directors).Bonus: Familiarity withABM (Demandbase, 6sense) ,BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) , andgrowth experiments .
