Headquartered in Pune with offices across four continents, we provide an environment of continuous learning, challenging projects, and client-facing opportunities.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Marketo Specialist with strong expertise in Marketo and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize automation workflows, maintain database hygiene, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities- Build and manage automated campaigns in Marketo integrated with Salesforce. - Ensure database accuracy and hygiene through data cleaning and validation. - Use Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) for data management and analysis. - Develop lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies. - Generate campaign reports and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation with business goals. - Run A/B tests and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. - Proven experience in Marketo and Salesforce CRM. - Strong skills in Excel for data management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Marketo certification is a plus. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization preferred.
