Overview:

Our services include the design and implementation of Datacenter Virtualizations, HCI Solutions, Workload Migrations, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Solutions, Hybrid Cloud Solutions and Integrations, Custom solutions for Datacenters, App Modernization, and Web Development. We approach each engagement, big or small, with a consultative mindset, understanding our clients' actual requirements and desired outcomes. We then build solutions that address these requirements while adhering to our design principles of addressing business and technical requirements, following design constraints, validating assumptions, and mitigating risks. Our team has helped clients transform their IT operations through consulting workshops, becoming a trusted advisor in their journey to achieve cloud and agility. In the design phase, we work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand project objectives and requirements. Our documentation includes a comprehensive analysis of the current state, conceptual, logical, and physical design, requirements, constraints, assumptions, risks, and design decisions. Our focus is always on achieving high availability, security, manageability, scalability, and simplicity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and requirements, and develop comprehensive virtualization and cloud solutions using the Nutanix platform, expertise in Nutanix Calm,and/or Nutanix ERA, and/or VDI solutions will be value add.- Design and implement Nutanix environments, including the configuration of Nutanix Acropolis, AHV, Prism, and other related components.- Develop and execute migration strategies for clients transitioning from traditional infrastructure to Nutanix environments.- Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex Nutanix issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system performance.- Leverage expertise in Nutanix Calm, Nutanix ERA, and/or VDI solutions to design, deploy, and manage application orchestration, database management, and virtual desktop infrastructure.- Expertise in Nutanix Files and Nutanix Distributed Storage to design and implement efficient and scalable file storage and distributed storage solutions will be value add.- Collaborate with other team members, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.- Act as a mentor and technical expert for junior consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in virtualization and cloud technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve client solutions and company offerings.- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and technical presentations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 7+ years of experience in Nutanix virtualization and cloud technologies, with a focus on Nutanix Calm, Nutanix ERA, and/or VDI.- Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) or higher certification.- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Nutanix environments, including migration from traditional infrastructure.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.- Empathy towards customer

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other virtualization and cloud technologies, such as VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes and Docker.- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or other project management methodologies.- Experience in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations.
