Role Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
As a Senior Consultant, the successful candidate will work directly with our clients to ensure they receive the high quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of financial services, exceptional problem-solving skills, project management and/or business analysis experience and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements.

Project Responsibilities Include:
Participate in end-to-end delivery of consulting projects which includes initial scoping, planning, execution, monitoring and closure thereby ensuring quality and timely output.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, along with Translating business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.Propose ideas and suggestions for improving methodologies, tools, and processes to increase efficiency.Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.Stay updated on relevant client/industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations. Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, thought leadership articles, and develop intellectual property for the practice.Act as a strong and collaborative team player who brings a sense of innovation and problem-solving to the group. Contribute to a culture where challenges are welcomed as opportunities for growth, and help foster collective success and professional development.Requirements
As a Senior Consultant, you will ideally have:
Demonstrable consulting experience and/or experience of delivering changed within Financial Services.A graduate or a bachelor’s degree at a minimum. Change management experience: Design, Analysis, Build, Testing, Go-Live. Solid understanding of Financial Services products and lifecycle events. Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively facilitate meetings, illicit requirements, communicate across various levels of seniority cross-functionally and drive meaningful conversations. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to develop clear and compelling written documentation. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role and Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. As an experienced Senior Consultant, you will be expected to be comfortable working on an independent basis and managing your own workload with minimal supervision. Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.It would be great if you had knowledge of any of the following:
Experience in Capital Management, Operations, Middle Office, Operational Risk, Liquidity Management. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.How We Work:
