Job Description Customer Support – International Voice Process

Process: US Medical Insurance (International Voice Process)

Location: Visakhapatnam –

Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM)

Working Days: 5 Days (2 Week Offs)

Qualification: Intermediate & Above

Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (mandatory)

Package: Up to 32,000 (Take Home) | 35,500 CTC | 4.26 LPA

Transport Facility:

Female employees – Home drop (within 30 km radius)

Male employees – Nodal point drop (within 30 km radius)

Key Responsibilities

~Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers related to medical insurance queries.

~Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service.

~Ensure attention to detail while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.

~Strictly follow compliance guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.

Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience is mandatory.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.

Flexible to work in night shifts and extended hours (OT applicable).

Relieving letter from previous organization is mandatory.

Interview Process

Rounds: 2 (Test Round + Manager Round)

Test Module Includes:

*Audio Voice Test

*Text Comprehension

*Transcription Comprehension

Final Round: Manager Interview
