Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Tally Expertise**: Assist customers with Tally software-related queries, including troubleshooting issues, installation, and usage guidance.
- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Tally software efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support database.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product development team to enhance the Tally software.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge and improve the overall effectiveness of the support department.

Qualifications and Skills
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on Tally software.
- **Technical Proficiency**: In-depth knowledge of Tally software, including Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **Hindi & English Mandatory**.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Multitasking Abilities**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- **Certifications**: Tally certification is a plus.
- **Languages : Hindi & English**:

- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹19,326.47 per month
