Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and providing support to enhance their experience with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and document customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues and process improvement.
  • Proactive Support: Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
