As a Customer Support Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and providing support to enhance their experience with the company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Management: Collect and document customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues and process improvement.
- Proactive Support: Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
